We are seeking a Product Quality Coordinator who is highly organized and has a passion for streamlining processes and producing content. This person will oversee and ensure top quality of our customer-facing digital products and content by focusing on customer experience and functionality.
The Product Quality Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards set by the company. The Product Quality Coordinator is responsible for effectively managing the Product Team and running a Quality Assurance process over every new product as well as continually evaluating existing products.
Your Responsibilities
Use discretion and judgment to lead project planning, coordination and fulfillment to execute on-time delivery of high-quality digital products.
Oversee and maintain quality assurance processes across all customer-facing products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals, standards, and improvements.
Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows to streamline product development and quality review cycles.
